Differentiation Quest - (Communicate 3.2.2)

Differentiation is important throughout learning in general.  Differentiation is particularly important throughout online learning and communication because there is little to no face to face instruction opportunities.  All the communication in the world is pointless if your stakeholders don't choose to read it!

I have found numerous ways to differentiate communication and will highlight three of my favorites in this blog post.

Blabberize (blabberize.com):

As seen in the video below, Blabberize is a fun and novel way to communicate information.  This still (and perhaps silly) photograph is brought to life through animation and sound.  See for yourself! :)

Prezi (prezi.com):

Prezi is what I would call PowerPoint on steroids!  It takes the idea of a presentation, then adds motion, zooming in and zooming out from slide to slide.  I enjoy creating them and parents and students seem to like them a little better than the traditional PowerPoint slide show.

Smore(www.smore.com):

Smore is one of my all time favorite ways to communicate!  It is such a great tool to create professional looking communication with just a few clicks.  It takes my ideas and information and quickly becomes a very attractive and nicely put together printable or viewable method of communication.
